13.3" HP PAVILION DV2000

HP's Pavilion dv2000 lineup of laptop PCs have been around for quite some time. The world's leading PC maker has now choosen to go in for a slightly fresh look and a handier 13.3" form factor with their soon-to-be-released dv3000 notebook range.

HP has opted for the 13.3" form factor in the dv3000. Both Apple & Dell have been astounding this size with their Mac Books and XPS M1330s respectively. HP just seems to be a bit late in queuing this up, but better late than never. Firstly, it has decent armaments under the hood thanks to the 2.5GHz Core 2 Duo "Penryn" T9300 CPU and GeForce 8400M GS graphics. Like the XPS M1330, it sports an HDMI port, VGA Webcam, and Fingerprint Reader. Rest of the configurations is pretty standard for a notebook to be released in the year 2008 .The dv3000 will weight a measly 2kg with the 6-cell battery and have overall dimensions of the order 320 x 228 x 38 mm.
