Sales have been pitiable for the Classmate PC so far as the company has failed to reach the sales blotch of even 100,000 units till now.

But Intel does plan to incline up production in 2008. The world's number one chip maker has already developed V2 of class mate PC and started working on a 3rd, the Classmate 3. Sounds really a crazy development.
