The newest offerings are a development of the computer manufacturer's Pro-Support portfolio of services. Dell revealed the support services for businesses in February, as part of its approach of flattering more than just a PC provider. The most recent offerings comprise notebook tracking and recovery, isolated data erasure, hard drive data recovery, specialized data annihilation, fortuitous damage repair, and comprehensive battery warranties. Pro-Support services are serviced by Dell or its partners.
