TOSHIBA 500GB LAPTOP DRIVE IS READY FOR CHRISTMAS

toshiba-500gb-2-5inch Why is it our laptops always eat up memory. My three year old Toshiba (yes I know its due for a replacement) will go from 12GB of free space to 2GB and than back to 12GB in three days. And apparently that is not isolated for older models.

So I guess Toshiba has decided to give all the good business men and media junkies half a terabyte of storage for their notbooks. All this comes in a 2.5 inch 3Gbps SATA interface that consumes 1.4 watt of power on idle and 5,400pm spin.

Only thing that is lacking is the full-disk hardware encryption, something that won't sit well with business users. But if you're still interested the drive is supposed to go on sale this December so just in time for you or that good friend of your's who needs the extra space.

T-Mobile has dished out invitations to the media to "practice the 1st Android-powered phone" today, in which, we didn't get one. However, all astringent feelings aside, we did cadge to hit upon a somewhat dull video showcasing the phone and its capabilities: It platforms the device's browser and crossing point of the upcoming device. The device - ingeniously branded as "chicken scratch" at the instant - is hypothesized to cost $199 and "platform the Google brand" and integrate a swivel-out full keyboard alongside with an accelerometer and a huge touch screen. However, there are memos that the commenced phone is in point of fact the HTC Dream, with no corporal changes other than the OS.

Is this the iPhone assassin we've had in the offing for? Will this recently launched system be as aerodynamic as we hope? Offering source code junkies and free-app installers the lack of restrictions to truly tap their ingenuity with little to no officially authorized ramifications? It sounds promising, but...it has all been supposed before, and we've compassionately been dissatisfied. Let's see how far out we can traverse this high...and we'll keep you dated with the upgrades.
