We think it's cool to have a rugged laptop. And ever since we lay eyes on that short lived Hummer type model we have fell in love with them.

You might remember that we covered the specs of the Durabook a few weeks ago. But if you forgot what they are we shall go over them real quick. Wifi 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth, DVD drives, 60-100GB Hdd's 13 or 14 inch screens and as for endurance, it can withstand 29-inch drops onto hard surfaces.

VAIO P SERIES GETS THE US UNBOXING EXPERIENCE

It wasn't too long ago that we got wind of the much hyped VAIO P series boxing. In a day and age when technology is advancing at an ever alarming rate people seem to be more interested in the plastic paper that carries the device than the device.

If you're one of those people (like myself) than you should be happy that the US version of the VAIO has done its unboxing honors over at HappyAssassin.com.

The device makes the Acer Aspire One look like Goliath and it doesn't help that its a lot thinner than the just mentioned model.

HP COMPAQ MINI 700 UNBOXING VIDEO

Remember that HP Compaq netbook that was destined for Europe? Well its finally landed on the good old British soil and some random guy has decided to give it a proper unboxing. Just to recap here, we're talking about a 1.6GHz Atom CPU, 10.2 inch screen (1024 x 600) among others. The price tag for this one is £399 ($594).
