The 32GB version of new-fangled SSD lineup will interpret data (successively) at 90MB/s and inscribe it (successively) at 70MB/s. The 16GB reads at 90MB/s and writes at 45MB/s, at the same time as the 8GB reads at 90MB/s and writes at 25MB/s. Samsung integrates 4 individual 16 gigabit (GB) MLC NAND chips in its 8GB SSD, as well as 4 dual-die packages and 4 quad-die packages of 16Gb NAND for its 16GB and 32GB SSDs correspondingly. In addition, by counting a 32MB DRAM as the barrier and 4-channel system for the novel low concentration SSDs, these solutions are well suited for high-speed reading situations. Samsung will establish manufacturing these Netbook friendly 8GB, 16GB and 32GB multi-level-cell SSDs at the commencement next month.
