MINI DISPLAYPORT TO HDMI AVAILABLE FOR $20

Remember how Apple took off those stupid licensing fees off its Mini DisplayPort to open up development for said standard?

APPLE'S NEW MINI DISPLAYPORT LICENSE

If you happen to be a developer and are interested in developing hardware that uses Apple's Mini DisplayPort than you'll be happy to know that Apple will be issuing free no-fee-license to those of you (albeit you're a company).

I'm not exactly sure what Apple thinks it will accomplish by this as Mini Display is hardly used by most hardware manufacturers but at least they're not charging you to join them as they did with their infamous FireWire license a few months back.
