Introduction
The HP Compaq Presario F730US is a good and affordable laptop. You can get it for around 600$ and it has many good features to offer.

Design
The looks of it is like a standard laptop and the weight is around 6.6 pounds. The keyboard and the touch pad are okay and the laptop is quite solid overall. You also get a nice DVD rom and a good screen 15-inch to watch the DVD’s on and this laptop also support USB 2.0 so you can transfer stuff to your gadgets faster.

Performance
The processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 (1.8 GHz) and the 1GB DDR II SDRAM works well on this laptop. You will find many better e laptops out there, but I don’t believe you can find one at this price. You won’t have to give more then 600$ for this machine which is a very good trade and maybe the best reason to buy it at all.
Do not expect to be able to play DX10 games at this machine with many FPS though. This laptop is meant for casual work, gaming and surfing. It’s the perfect family or freshman laptop.

Conclusion
A consumer level notebook, suited for general mobile computing. Given its very inexpensive price, this notebook has great features for the money. Generally, it should be considered by serious bargain hunters
