Toshiba launched a new entrant to its 17.1-inch desktop replacement notebook line with the all new Satellite L350 series, loaded with dual-core processors and at an affordable starting price tag of $749.99. The new Satellite notebook offers some basic multimedia capabilities including a large 17.1-inch diagonal widescreen Tru-Brite screen, built-in Web cam, ATI Radeon X1250 dedicated graphics and a DVD Super-Multi drive with Label-flash for CD scribing facility. More importantly, consumers will presented with the choice of dual core processors from either AMD or Intel. The Satellite L350 series is available in several different configurations, including the Satellite existing series the L355D-S7810, which features an AMD TurionTM 64-X2 -Dual-Core Mobile Technology along with TL-60 processor.
