YAHOO INC. REJECTS MICROSOFT’S BID

Yahoo Inc. yet again rejected the $42 billion invasion bid but the business is still open to better bidders on offer. Earlier this daybreak, Yahoo! Inc. responded to the 3-week cut-off date subjected by Microsoft Corp in which the firm has discarded the $42 billion takeover bid which was proposed at the rate of $29.62 per share. Yahoo Board judges that Microsoft's pitch significantly undervalues them. So, they're more than prepared to think about a healthier offer if Microsoft is willing to go down the bidding path-way. In the 3-week taunt concerned by Steve Ballmer on Saturday, he "counseled" Yahoo! to concur to its cash-and-stock offer or jeopardy having to see the bid lowered due to a weakening economy, Yahoo's cry off in search & advertising business and inferior market interest for Internet stocks. Yahoo countered to this very strapping claiming that their production is in accordance with their anticipations.
