The keyboards of Dell 1310 and 1510 models that were shipped to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa fell into embarrassment with the keyboards particularly the third alphabet row. The company expressed deep concern to the users and apologized for the mistake that occurred. The company also gave a soothing report to the affected customers that the keyboard will be sent directly if contacted or through a dealer that the customer chooses. All this was let to the public by a blog post by Bill Bivin of Dell. Another option is the video for the customers to change the keyboards for themselves. Dell finally is making up.
