The sighting of some pictures of the new Asus S121 is making a round of speculations as there are no official details about the new model from Asus. It is supposed to be based on the existing 10.2-inch S101 model but with a bigger display and better keyboard. The early photos of Asus S121 show a 12.1-inch display, but otherwise seems to have the same specs of S101 which has 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270, 1GB RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth and VGA webcam, 4 in 1 flash reader and may have Linux or Windows XP Home for OS. The new model may also have the SSD and HDD storage options of the S101 model. All details about this model are speculations at this date and there is no official news about its release date, pricing or any other details. But for all we know it might be just an upgraded version of Asus S101. Even then the price is going to be higher than $699 at which the existing model is tagged.
