We're not actually recommending that you try this little project seeing the fire risks and hazzards it posses. But it is pretty neat if not ugly by any standard. Anyways TenaciousDre decided to put Asus Eee PC 10-cell battery to shame by making his own 12-cell unit.He completed the feat by shrink-wrapping a four cell laptop battery with another eight batteries from other laptops to produce the 12-cell version you see above.
While not a design masterpiece (in terms of looks) it still gets the job done and doesn't look much better than the "hammerhead edition" currently on the Eee 901.
