MSI PX600 PRESTIGE COLLECTION NOTEBOOK – ULTRA-LIMITED


MSI has announced its PX600 Prestige Collection notebook in Japan. The PX600 is a luxury edition with a brushed aluminum design, encased with handmade leather and is equipped with touch sensors and ECO Engine Technology. The touch sensor area is coated with brushed aluminum and you can extend its battery life by just a touch of the ECO-sensor, enabling the ECO Engine Technology. This technology enables the user to switch between five different modes – gaming, presentation, movie, office and turbo battery mode, to keep the battery consumption at a minimum while performing different tasks. The Prestige Collection comes with its exclusive carry bag for easy mobility.

The PX600 is powered by Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2.4GHz processor, Intel PM45 + ICH9M chipsets, 4GB DDR2 RAM clocked at 800MHz, 500GB SATA hard drive and NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS(256MB of VRAM) graphics. The MSI Prestige collection will also sport 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, 2 megapixel webcam, HDMI Out, 4-in-1 card reader, DVD Super Multi Drive, 7.1 audio and packs a 6-cell battery. The PX600 has a 15.4-inch LCD display and will measure 360 x 259 x 37.5 mm.

The MSI PX600 Prestige Collection Notebook is an ultra-limited edition with only 30 units that are ready for sale and of course if you want to get hold of one you have to be in Japan. The Prestige Collection will also include a leather notebook bag and a 4GB USB flash drive. There is no word on pricing yet.
