
HP has launched two new netbooks in the Mini 110 series which will replace the Mini 1000 series of netbooks. The new netbooks dubbed Mini 110 Mi and Mini 110 XP are available now.
The Mini 110 Mi runs on the Linux OS. Prices start at $279.99. The Mini 110 XP comes pre-installed with Windows XP. Prices start from $329.99. Customization options are also available for both models.
Both netbooks have the following base specifications
Processor: Intel Atom N270 1.60 GHz Processor
Storage: 8 GB SSD
Memory: 1 GB RAM
Graphics: Intel's onboard GMA 950 Graphics
Display: 10.1 inch with a native resolution of 1024 x 576
The base configuration also includes a 5-in-1 card reader, Wireless b/g card and a 3-cell battery.
Upgrade options include Intel Atom N280 1.66 GHz Processor, 2 GB RAM, 250GB HDD/ 160 GB HDD/16GB SSD/32GB SSD/64GB SSD and 6-cell battery.
