All models will come pre-loaded with 1 GB of RAM which can be upgraded to 2GB. The storage capacity is 160GB. The tablets are likely to run on the new 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 processor. While three models will have the integrated Intel 945GSE GRAPHICS chipset, the Touch Note M1028P (one of the two models with higher resolution) will have the Intel GN40 chipset which is expected to improve HD video performance.
