Dell has upgraded the internal hardware of its premium Adamo Desire. The new Adamo Desire is much more powerful than its previous version and sells for the same price.
The Dell Adamo Desire notebooks have always been pricey. Until now, they used to ship with a 1.4GHz processor and a 128GB solid state drive. The recent upgrade means that the machines will now ship with a much faster 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo SL9600. Other specifications have been bumped up too. The SSD is now available in 256GB capacity. You will also get 4GB of DDR3 RAM and Windows 7 Home Premium.
The Dell Adamo Desire has a 13.4 inch 720p display. It weighs 4lb and measures just 0.65 inches in thickness. The battery is expected to give 5 hours of up time. The price of the notebook has remained unchanged at $2,299.
