The just launched PsiX pda could be a competitor to the Sony Vaio P or newly announced Fujitsu UH900. The device sports really cool looks but it costs a bomb.
The PsiX PDA is powered by an Intel Atom Z510 processor clocking at 1.1 GHz with 1GB of DDR2 RAM. The storage option is a 16GB Solid State Drive. It has a 5 inch touch screen display with 800 x 600 pixels.
There are 2 USB ports (one mini-size and one full-size). Other features include backlit keyboard, webcam and Micro SD reader.
The PsiX PDA costs around $830. By comparison, the Sony Vaio P, which is equipped with an 8-inch display, is now available for around $799. The Vaio P has a faster 1.3GHz Intel Atom processor, 64GB of SSD and 2GB of DDR2 RAM. It doesn’t have a touch-sensitive display, but that is the only advantage PsiX has over its bigger competitor.
