But not everyone has money for such an expensive system so you're welcome to try their new line of notebooks. The F50 comes in 16 inch flavors and the F70 comes in 17-inch flavors.
The systems sport full HD 1080p panels as well as HDMI ports and a "Chocolate keyboard." There's also one of those instant on OS which allows you to do certain basic tasks without waiting a year and a day for Vista to boot. HDD space can go up to 1TB and of course you have the option for a Blu-Ray drive. System RAM can be maxed out at 4GB DDR2 and you get an NVIDIA GeForce 9400M G graphics card.
1.3 megapixel webcam and Bluetooth 2.0 as well as 802.11b/g/n all make it onto the device.
So far Asus is keeping a tight lip on pricing and release date, but we wouldn't be surprised if we see these out before the end of March.
